Our Mission

Share in the mission of Jesus Christ

The mission of KidPointe is to come alongside parents as children learn about the story of Jesus Christ. We teach about the Father’s love for each and every one of His children and how everything points back to Jesus Christ. Our mission is for every child entering KidPointe to know they are loved and how to love others like Jesus did. We want them to grow in their faith and eventually share their faith. Each child belongs at LifePointe and is a part of the church body. 

We offer programming during all three services, 8:15 am, 9:45 am, and 11:15 am. 

Nursery: Birth - 18 months and 18 months - 2 years
Preschool: 3-5 years 
Elementary: Kindergarten - 5th grade 
AccessPointe: A one-on-one buddy for children who might need extra assistance during the service.

Online: We also provide a Sunday morning video on our KidPointe Facebook page if you are unable to join us in person. 

Partnering with Parents

We recognize the need to partner with parents to develop their children spiritually. These two combined influences—the church and the home—have a greater impact together. We believe the purpose of KidPointe is not to just provide childcare but also to share in the mission of Jesus Christ alongside parents and the church.

Our Education

In both of our preschool and elementary classrooms, we use a curriculum called Gospel Project. This curriculum is a Christ-centered chronological Bible study, meaning as children read from Genesis to Revelation week by week, they are learning how everything points back to Jesus. Our elementary-aged children participate in both a large group worship time, as well as a grade-appropriate small group time which includes activities and discussion to reinforce the large group lesson.

AccessPointe

AccessPointe is a ministry within KidPointe, that serves children with special needs by providing them with a one-on-one buddy. This buddy will attend the KidPointe service and help provide accommodations as needed and support the child’s participation in the service. Our goal is to partner with parents and to work together to make worship enjoyable and a stress free experience for their children. It also allows for parents to have an opportunity to attend worship at our adult services.

When you arrive on Sunday morning, visit our check-in desk where you will be able to register your child. For security reasons and safety, we will print name tags and give you a matching security tag for pick-up.

We will send you a text message using the phone number you provide. We are also able to flash your security tag number on the screen during the service. 

We have a fantastic groups of trained and background-checked volunteers who serve in KidPointe. Our children ministry associates run large group for our elementary schoolers. 

Yes! There are a lot of fun KidPointe activities throughout the year including Vacation Bible School, Operation Christmas Child, Easter and Christmas events, a pre-teen convention, and more!
